Hey there!  We are James & Carly and LowTide is our coffee roasting business located in Portchester, Hampshire.

 

Our venture started from our love for a good cup of coffee, nothing beats it in our eyes and over the years we've collected a mountain of different tools & equipment in a bid to establish the best home brewing methods.

 

This evolved into an array of barista courses for James and a decision made that we were going to officially enter the coffee roasting business!

 

We've taken our time to build our knowledge and skills, roasting from home on a small machine with an aim to really understand the intricate and complex roasting process.
