Delivery charges are applied to each order and we aim to send your order within 3-5 working days from when we receive it.

We understand that sometimes you need to get your hands on your purchase as soon as possible, if your order is required by a certain date, please do not hesitate to contact us at lowtidecoffeeco@gmail.com and we will work our little socks off to meet your deadline.

Delivery Rates 

UK Royal Mail First Class £2.95 (1-2 days delivery)

UK Royal Mail Track and Sign  £4.95 (next day delivery)

Europe Royal Mail Airmail Track and Sign £6.95 (5-7 days delivery)

International Royal Mail Airmail Track and Sign £7.95 (7-14 days delivery)

 

During busy periods (such as Christmas) delivery may take longer than the times specified. We'll be sure to let you know if there are any changes to the above.


The cost of delivery will always be displayed in your shopping basket as you add items and before you confirm payment.

** Please note we're unable to cover the cost of re-sending orders returned to us due to incomplete address or non-collection**

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you're happy with your purchase but rest assured, if you're not you can simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange.

We're just unable to cover the cost of the return postage unless it is faulty.

​

Returned items should be unused and unworn. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to offer an exchange.

Returns from outside the EU

Please specify the contents of your package as 'RETURNED GOODS' on your customs declaration. If you need any help with this please contact us lowtidecoffee@gmail.com

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
