We hope you're happy with your coffee but, if for any reason there is a problem we'd love to talk with you about it.

We don't offer a refunds but we'll do everything we can to fix things. Unless of course it's becuase you just don't like coffee. We'll struggle to fix that.

So our coffee reaches you in the best possible condition, we roast pack and ship to order. This means your order will be with you in 3 - 5 days. If there was any delay we'd let you know straight away. 

Standard delivery starts from £2.95 and we offer free delivery to PO16 postcode. Just enter PO16DELIVERY at the checkout.

We want to be as chill as we can about our subscription offering so no major rules but all we'd ask is that you us let us know 5 days before your delivery date if you wish to cancel. You can do so by e-mailing us at lowtidecoffeeco@gmail.com.

Your subscription will start from your first order date and will re-occur on the same calendar date each month.
